Brad Roe found his passion for home design over 20 years ago. He followed his passion and established Residential Designs in 1999. Since then he has become a sought-after home designer. Builders and remodelers have continued coming back to Brad because they know they can trust his designs and depend on him to give them the best building plans to work off of.

Caitlin Teeters graduated in 2009 with a degree in Interior Design. Since 2010 she has been designing kitchen and baths for the Bloomington and surrounding areas. Her eagerness for continuing education keeps her sharp on the trends and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest in kitchen and bathroom design. Caitlin has sat on the board for the Indiana Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and continues to be an active member in the design community. In 2020 Caitlin received recognition from the NKBA as she earned her Cabinetry Specialist Badge. In additional to these qualities she has a proven record with her clientele and comes highly recommended.
 

At Residential Designs we would like to offer you the best customer service experience. We do have a showroom in Martinsville, IN that we operate by an appointment only basis. This allows us to give you a personalized experience in our showroom as well as be on the jobsite as often as is necessary. Our showroom has recently undergone several updates to allow you to truly envision your project. Our hope is to educate you along the way so that you are comfortable with all the decisions you are making as well as guide you effortlessly through the decision-making process.
